Jennifer came to our first meeting completely prepared and confident in her ability to sell our home, what it would sell for (appropriate comps) and how she would help faciliate a great transaction. We sold our home for the list price the first weekend on the market! We had multiple offers and Jen was very professional in helping us to walk through the offers and make the best decision. I feel as if I could type for days about our great experience working with Jen. We were a couple living in the city of Chicago transitioning to the suburbs, but we were very overwhelmed by all of the choices. We tried out a couple other agents before knowing about Jen, and they just added to the difficulty by showing us a bunch of duds because they didn't take the time to get to know us. Jen took the time to get to know us as people by asking us good questions up front and not sucking up a lot our time. She understood our interests and family needs and made sure our time wasn't wasted by seeing places that wouldn't make sense. We have two kids and Jen went above and beyond to alleviate the stress of home searching by doing virtual tours, seeing places in advance of our visits to help us weed out the homes that wouldn't work, and taking the time to understand our primary goals for a home and community. Also, Jen never left us hanging on any pending questions or items and made sure every detail was covered. We weren't guessing or unaware of a potential issue down the road. In past experiences, some agents stop with the effort once the deal is done but Jen worked for us all the way through the close and even after to be sure we were set. We were referred to Jen by our listing realtor in Chicago, as Jen is an expert on the area we wished to explore houses in (Lagrange/Hindsdale/Western Springs and surrounding areas). Our housing search was a long and winding one, starting in November 2019 and eventually culminating in our closing in July 2020 on a new home in our desired area and price range. We are two weeks post move and absolutely in love with our new home and community. Jen was very responsive to our texts and emails and ideas, and located several near ideal homes for us on both the public and private (pre market) listings, taking time to be with us at showings so that she could further refine her sense of what we were looking for in the next set of house showings. We started out with a very wide idea of what type of house, location, and community we wanted, as well as our price range, and by working with Jen we gradually learned what we really wanted and needed in our planned ‘forever’ house. Jen went through one failed-to-close deal with us, and worked extraordinarily hard to help refine that deal, prior to our successful closing in July 2020. She’s got an excellent knowledge of the market supply for the area, and the advantages of different neighborhoods. We’d happily work with her again, but thanks to her hard work with us all those months we really think we won’t be calling for 20-30 years!

Jennifer was my agent, she has been very helpful. I felt she had my best interest in mind, meaning she kept me informed of the activity with my home, meaningful suggestions that would appeal to potential buyers, her knowledge and skills communicating with other agents.
