Joyce was truly a joy to work with during our buying and selling process. We were moving from Naperville to Batavia, and Joyce worked diligently to understand our desires for our next home in a very competitive market. She was committed to finding us the right fit while also ensuring we didn't overspend. We found the perfect home for our family, and the closing process was seamless in large part due to Joyce's relationships with all of our stakeholders, from our lender to our attorney. She also made selling our home a breeze, giving us suggestions on how to best stage our home and where we could make small improvements. Our home sold in a weekend with multiple offers! Upon closing, Joyce even left a scavenger hunt for our daughters to complete, which helped them to get used to our new home. We are so thankful for Joyce's guidance and we will recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area. We couldn't praise her enough!

Lisa is ideal for a first-time buyer like myself. Her response times and answers to my questions were spot-on, and when I finally did buy a house, I paid her the best compliment I can think of: I let her represent me so that I could focus on other things. I just never really gave it much thought, knowing she was taking care of the closing matters as they arose, on my behalf, without my constant intervention. I just do not think you can do much better than that.

I had such an amazing buying experience with the Pierce Premier Home Team! I felt so supported throughout the whole process of house hunting, being under contract, and the closing. I can’t recommend Jessica, and the whole team enough!
