Very Honest and Professional. We were looking for a house for several years and Dave has great local knowledge abut cook county and was always giving us honest advice on each house we saw. As an example there was a house we liked that was on a main street and we liked the house and very about to buy it. Dave gave us honest advice that the house would be difficult to resell in the future because of location on the main street and very small backyard even though we liked the house a lot and were about to buy it. Dave gave us honest advice on the difficulty on reselling the house in the future.

This is our second time buying a house with Dave and Amal. Both experiences were so smooth and amazing in every way. When we found this second home we purchased, we were so in love but were afraid things wouldn’t work out because the housing market is so crazy.
