As an example there was a house we liked that was on a main street and we liked the house and very about to buy it. Dave gave us honest advice that the house would be difficult to resell in the future because of location on the main street and very small backyard even though we liked the house a lot and were about to buy it. Dave gave us honest advice on the difficulty on reselling the house in the future.
