After much careful thought, I decided it was time to sell my long time (25 + years)family home that's meant a lot to me. My home is in Mallard Landings in Orland Park and I noticed Dave Shalabi sold many other homes in the neighborhood. Dave's expertise in the area was immediately apparent. Even in a softer market in my price point, he still worked extremely hard to get me over full asking price. He was an excellent negotiator! I appreciated that he always made time for me, and was extremely punctual in answering any questions I had during the real estate process. Aside from being an excellent realtor in Orland Park, he also worked with much integrity and honesty, and always provided excellent customer service.
