Prior to listing with Sandy, our home was on the market for over a year. Amidst the pandemic I reached out to Sandy to list our home. Much to our surprise we had more showings in one weekend than we did over the course of the year prior. Sandy was on it, fielding all showings and incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. Where do I start? The property sold quickly without much haggling. Agent came in, assessed the property and prepared it for sell. She communicated my expectations to the Buyers and ensured that my needs were met. I sold due to my father’s passing and she remained patient and understanding. Gods spirit was heavy; hugely important for me. She was a person and not just a sales agent. She was creative in all she did to make the process painless. She communicated with the HOA and all outside entities when I didn’t have the strength. Selling, moving and packing can be difficult; especially with the added grief.
