We contacted Jeff Ristine as well as several other agents as we began looking for an agent in early fall for a sale in the spring. He won us over and we are so pleased. In early spring Jeff's secret weapon, a photographer that really put our house in the best light, sompleted the final steps of our house prep. Our house was listed March 5, 2020, we got a contingent offer on March 6, 2020, which Jeff helped negotiate the best. offer in a contingency situation. We ended up closing on our sale May 10, 2020 (mind you, this is all during the state quarantine).
