She helped us make decisions on how to present the house and property to make it more appealing to buyers & even offered her assistance with small projects. She answered the many questions we had & when we received an offer she made sure it was fair & explained all details. When I first sat down and talked with Kathy, I felt like I was in good hands right from the start. She was always on top of her game with fast responses and answering all of the questions I had. Although we hit a rough patch in the process of selling our home, Kathy went above and beyond and kept the deal going for selling our home and we got the best deal we could've asked for!
