Selling & buying our house in the middle of a pandemic was challenging, but with Nikhil it went smoothly and relatively quickly. Couldn't have been happier. We had a fairly difficult sell due to the fact that we were selling a house that was a part of my dads estate and going through probate at the same time. Then buying a house that was just a normal sale in a specific area which would've drove any realtor crazy. She helped us 100% of the time and in my opinion did an awesome job. Even though we won't be selling for a few decades I plan to use her again in the future.
