We enlisted Janet's services in the purchase of our first home. For first time homebuyers, she's a great realtor. She is straight forward and cuts to the point. She has a list of people and companies she'll recommend for any questions or services you may be looking for. There was a little nervousness (on her part) as we chose not to use her recommended lender, but all was well in the end. We closed on time and love our new home. Janet will be the first to tell you she will try and micro-manage buyers. Don't let this scare you, she's looking out for your interests.

Paul is a great realtor. I've had realtors who have been asleep at the wheel, so Paul was such a breath of fresh air. He understands the Chicagoland market, and used that knowledge to guide us through the process. He worked with great partners and was able to get us an inspector who had the same work ethic. He was very patient with us and, most importantly, a tough advocate for us during this process. I always felt like he had our back when he sold our place and when he helped us find a new one. Amy is an amazing realtor! She was knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the process of selling our Elmhurst home. She guided us through staging our home, pricing, showings and potential buyers' input, as well as communication and negotiations with the eventual new owner.
