Working with Jorge Escudero was an outstanding experience from start to finish. This was our second multifamily property purchase, and despite having gone through the process before, this transaction presented several unique challenges. We were purchasing a fully occupied 4-unit building in Oak Park and faced appraisal issues, village inspection requirements, seller negotiations, lender concerns, and an extremely tight timeline before my family left for a month-long trip to Europe. Throughout it all, Jorge was relentless in making sure the deal got done. When the appraisal came in short, he negotiated additional seller concessions and a price reduction that saved us tens of thousands of dollars. When unexpected issues arose with village compliance requirements, he stayed on top of every detail and helped coordinate solutions to keep the closing on track. What really separates Jorge from other agents is his willingness to do whatever it takes for his clients. On closing day, after we finalized the purchase, he drove back to the property with us to help deliver notices and make sure everything was handled properly before our trip.
