Maria is absolutely the best! She navigated us to buying a home in a multi-offer situation and led us to selling our home in 3 days above asking price. Throughout the whole process of both buying and selling I always rolled my eyes thinking about the advice people would give me saying "you don't need a realtor" when all I thought was "where would I be without Maria". I would highly recommend Peggy. As a seller who was selling their house remotely, I relied on Peggy to visit the property. She even checked on my heating thermostat for me upon my request. I trusted her completely. Peggy made the whole selling process seem straight forward and pleasant. She was great at always providing follow up through the entire process.

Janel worked with us as a buyers Realtor in McLean county after being referred by the Realtor selling our home in Northern Illinois. We feel very fortunate to have been referred to Janel and could not have picked a better person to represent us. She “over the top” helpful, flexible and accommodating during the house search through multiple showing dates, short notice requests, repeat visits and learning what we needed to accommodate our family’s needs; all in a very active market where houses were listed and sold in 24 hours in some cases. In one case, she asked her father (a local builder) to drive by one listing we were interested in to offer an opinion on some concerns we had. Janel is a long-time resident of the area, and has a strong professional support network of like-minded people. In every case where we asked for recommendations (Mortgage Broker, Attorney, Insurance Agent), the people she recommended performed as she did; the whole process was painless. I like Janel, trust her and would recommend her without hesitation (for the record, to achieve all three with me is not a common or frequent thing…).
