Floyd was very thorough and thoughtful when selecting homes for us to view while we were in town for a few days last year. He walked us through the steps of placing the offer, was present at the home inspection and available once we purchased the home for other appointments (i.e. He let the carpet cleaners into the house, both for the estimate and cleaning) before we actually moved in. He also checked in after the move and gave us reliable recommendations for various improvement companies in the area.

Erica did such a great job with the searching and touring part of the experience, but the offer and acceptance process and her follow through all the way to closing was what really impressed me. She made a typically very stressful process super easy. Erica's communication throughout that process kept me well-informed of next steps and I never had to wonder if I was forgetting something. She was on top of everything and had it all under control. Erica will be the first and hopefully only agent I contact if I decide to put my home on the market in the future.
