Emily is super responsive and, even more importantly, asks questions we did not think to ask. In that sense, she seems much more than a real-estate agent and is a lawyer, reference to businesses, and diplomat all in one. She is also incredibly knowledgeable about both the buying process as well as the area and the market situation. Equally important is the fact is that she's a positive and energetic person who's a joy to be around. You can't go wrong with Emily!

Emily is absolutely fantastic to work with! I can't recommend her enough. She helped me purchase and sell this home. She has so much experience and knows the Bloomington-Normal area so well that I had no doubt my home would sell. She went above and beyond to get my house sold at a great price even through the winter when the market was slower. Her photographer took excellent photos, she had several open houses, and she even had someone come and clean the house and shovel the snow for us after we had moved out of state. Emily Almeida is one of the best!

Emily goes above and beyond! The move across the country seemed daunting but she was available virtually and in person when needed. She worked with the lender, buyer, and vendors to ensure that we could be taken care of virtually or in person on our behalf. Not only was Emily helpful in the home buying process and experience, she also took the time to make sure that I got a tour of the local area to make sure I not only knew the difference in areas I could live but also show me local venues, doctors, etc. that were important to know and feel comfortable with during the move. I would highly recommend Emily! Not only is she professional but she goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and informed throughout the process and that you will love the home you buy.

She was really good understanding our needs vs wants. She never pushed us to get anything and was very patient in the process. She is pretty good and up to date with market conditions. Doesn't shy away from providing real and right information about the real estate market. Highly recommend her service.
