Maria is absolutely the best! She navigated us to buying a home in a multi-offer situation and led us to selling our home in 3 days above asking price. I would highly recommend Peggy. As a seller who was selling their house remotely, I relied on Peggy to visit the property. She even checked on my heating thermostat for me upon my request. Janel worked with us as a buyers Realtor in McLean county after being referred by the Realtor selling our home in Northern Illinois. She “over the top” helpful, flexible and accommodating during the house search through multiple showing dates, short notice requests, repeat visits and learning what we needed to accommodate our family’s needs; all in a very active market where houses were listed and sold in 24 hours in some cases. In one case, she asked her father (a local builder) to drive by one listing we were interested in to offer an opinion on some concerns we had. Janel is a long-time resident of the area, and has a strong professional support network of like-minded people. In every case where we asked for recommendations (Mortgage Broker, Attorney, Insurance Agent), the people she recommended performed as she did; the whole process was painless. Floyd was very thorough and thoughtful when selecting homes for us to view while we were in town for a few days last year. He walked us through the steps of placing the offer, was present at the home inspection and available once we purchased the home for other appointments (i.e. He let the carpet cleaners into the house, both for the estimate and cleaning) before we actually moved in. He also checked in after the move and gave us reliable recommendations for various improvement companies in the area.
