In July 2014, we had made previous arrangements to rent a home in Gurnee that was flooded while we were en route on our cross-country move, and it was not livable when we arrived. I called Judy in a panic at 7 am that morning, and she showed me three available listings in that neighborhood by 10 am! We ended up renting one of the three, and Judy saved the day!
