We worked with Kim to sell our home earlier this year. To get right to the point...we had 13 offers in 4 days & sold for higher than list. Results speak for themselves. Kim spent time to understand our needs & home value and then worked very closely with us thru the whole process from pre listing thru open house, offer acceptance, and was a big help in finalizing the sale. I would not hesitate to recommend Kim and and would definitely do business with her again. My only regret is not being able to work with Kim in our new location out of state.
