I was very lucky to work with Colleen for my first home purchase. This process was completely new to me, so I needed someone who was patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. She was all of these things and so much more. Colleen was highly responsive, gave great advice, and was always on my side. My home purchase turned out to be simple and successful thanks to her. Colleen created an exceptional buying experience and I would highly recommend. As someone that does not find the process of buying a home particularly elegant, Colleen was proactive in helping find ways to make it very easy. Colleen was able to understand our needs, despite those needs being articulated very ambiguously and identify a great number of potential options for us to consider as we started looking. As a result, we were very easily able to drill-down to exactly what we wanted and then Colleen found us the perfect condo. Her help did not stop there. She then helped guide us through the entire buying experience, negotiate a fair price, and caught countless little items throughout that were fantastically helpful to address. Said differently, Colleen was terrific at helping us navigate everything, was incredibly thoughtful about us throughout, took all of the heavy liftings off of our plates, and was a pleasure to work with the entire time. I would give Colleen 6 out of 5 stars if it were an option and I will be recommending Colleen to all those that I know are in the market now and in the future.

Colleen was very considerate of our future wants and needs when looking for our first home purchase. She had a keen sense of the current market and was able to set up viewings on such short notice and looked at all the details during the viewings, some we would've never considered. She was amazing in handling the communication once under contract and made it simple and easy to understand the process.
