Barb was amazing at not only taking time to call me on the phone for a half hour to teach me about buying real estate, but she was more responsive and professional than I could have ever asked for. She always went out of her way to get me showings anywhere I asked the same day I was interested. Barb also was great at connecting me with other resources required for the home-buying process. I don’t even know where to begin for my “review” of Barb. Barb from the beginning was knowledgeable and responsive. Our search lasted a long time and we had to go through the buying process multiple times due to a variety of issues outside of Barb’s control. Even with multiple contracts, Barb stayed motivated and never complained about viewing the numerous houses we asked to see. I would recommend Barb Bloomfield to anyone purchasing/selling a house or other property in Illinois. She knows the area and what she is doing when it comes to the VA process.
