Victoria is a great agent to work with! She was professional, kind, and provided useful information throughout the home buying process. I especially appreciated her responsiveness and willingness to help whenever I had questions. She makes the home buying process a breeze

We wholeheartedly recommend Victoria for all your real estate needs. This was our second experience working with her, and once again, we couldn’t be more satisfied. Selling our beloved family home of more than 20 years was an emotional process for us. Victoria truly listened, understood our attachment to the property, and respected our wishes regarding what we wanted to preserve and what we were open to changing. She made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way, and I appreciated her thoughtful approach. Victoria guided us seamlessly through the entire process. She was consistently available—even reaching out during her vacation to make sure everything was running smoothly. From preparing our home for the market to managing the photography, property description, open house, and offer negotiations, Victoria handled every detail with professionalism and care. She walked us through the contract, connected us with an excellent attorney, and supported us right through to the closing. Victoria’s professionalism, knowledge, attention to detail, and heartfelt dedication truly set her apart. She brings genuine passion to her work, her clients, and the local community. We are so grateful for all she has done for us.

I cannot recommend Victoria highly enough. She has been by my side through two very different chapters of my life. First, she was perfect in helping me find and buy my home, making the process seamless and exciting. Later, when I faced a very difficult time and needed to sell, she handled everything with incredible professionalism, grace, and sensitivity. She isn’t just a realtor; she is a dedicated advocate who genuinely cares about her clients.

As a first time homebuyer the process was pretty scary trying to figure things out. Barb was amazing at not only taking time to call me on the phone for a half hour to teach me about buying real estate, but she was more responsive and professional than I could have ever asked for. She always went out of her way to get me showings anywhere I asked the same day I was interested. Barb also was great at connecting me with other resources required for the home-buying process. I would highly recommend her services to anyone going through the home-buying process in a heartbeat!

Barb is just great to work with. She helped to buy and eventually sell our home in McHenry. She’s responsive and understands the market here very well.

I used Barb to buy a house and sell a house. Both transactions exceeded my expectations. Her knowledge of the real-estate market is unmatched. If you are looking to buy or sell in the northwest suburbs there is no better agent.

We are incredibly grateful to have worked with Chicky Johnson as our realtor. From the start she was accessible and responsive to all of our questions (and we had a lot of them) for months before even starting the home selling process. We are SO thankful for her guidance from beginning to end. Thanks to Chicky’s dedication and expertise our house sold in record time! We truly appreciate her hard work and the personal touch she put in to make it all possible. Need someone who gets great results and truly cares? Chicky Johnson is THE one you need to work with to sell your home.

This is the 10th property I have purchased in my life so far, and Chicky was by far the best realtor I have worked with. Her knowledge is second to none, and she has a very warm and friendly personality. I could not recommend Chicky more highly! Chicky went way above and beyond the call of duty in being my realtor. She helped me tremendously with every component of not just buying a great home but helping me move into it. From finding a great company to install skylights, to helping me transfer all the utilities in my name, Chicky was with me every step of the way!

If your goal is to sell your home, you can't go wrong with Chicky. Not only does she provide very personal and professional service, she does it with a smile. She works hard for her clients, who she treats just like family. Can't say enough good things about her, and would highly recommend her to any family or friends.
