Danyel gave us excellent advice on our course of action, even though changing course would have made her a better commission. She kept us informed of showings and inspections, and even recommended a handyman to take care of a few items that needed attention. We ended up selling for just under asking price in record time.

Denis is incredible and a huge help in every step of the purchasing process. We were moving from North Carolina to Illinois, and Denis and his team were incredibly patient, thorough, and listened to our "wants" in a house. His ability to understand what we were looking for helped us feel comfortable making offers without seeing anything in person. His honesty and sense of humor made the move across the country easier. He was prompt in responding to texts, calls, and emails, and always made my many questions feel important.

Joy worked very hard for us to help find and secure the home we wanted. She knows the market well and what needed to be done to reach our end goal. She was very quick to respond to our calls and texts. She has great resources and we were pleased with and grateful for her recommendations. She negotiated our purchase price well and helped make our offer more attractive with creative solutions. Joy has a very upbeat personality. She is respectful of your wishes and not at all pushy. She definitely gets things done and makes you a priority. Working with an agent of Joy’s caliber and character was truly a blessing.
