Rayman is extremely knowledgeable about the area and was very helpful in pointing out things to think about that we had not considered. He returned calls and texts promptly every single time. He went above and beyond to help us, even walking us through an open house on a video call. We have used a lot of real estate agents and Rayman was by far the absolute best in terms of communication, knowledge, timeliness, and overall professionalism. Wonderful experience!! 10/10 stars!! Kortney did an amazing job as our buyers agent. She was always quick and responsive when answering our questions and producing any necessary documentation. She also did a great job advocating for us while also coaching us to have reasonable expectations. She helped us get a good price for our home in addition to favorable lending terms. She also was great to work with as we hounded her with questions and requests regarding the property and the terms of the deal. She has even continued to be a trusted advisor after the fact as small things have come up.
