We recently used Rayman as our realtor for buying a home in the Sandpoint area. From start to finish, we had an excellent experience. Rayman is extremely knowledgeable about the area and was very helpful in pointing out things to think about that we had not considered. He returned calls and texts promptly every single time. He went above and beyond to help us, even walking us through an open house on a video call. We have used a lot of real estate agents and Rayman was by far the absolute best in terms of communication, knowledge, timeliness, and overall professionalism. Wonderful experience!! 10/10 stars!! We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a real estate agent.

We have been using Rayman since re locating 4 families to north Idaho in 2017. We are lucky to have him. He has jumped through so many hoops and has never wavered at any of our requests. I cannot say enough about the quality of work and the ease of closing and negotiations we experience with Rayman. Very satisfied customers. Thank you - the Fortunes

Crissy was extremely knowledgeable and knew the perfect locations to help us explore. Her professionalism was top notch! She’s extremely good at what she does. It’s more than just buying and selling to her, she truly invested in your lives. I wouldn’t trust our needs with anyone else.

It was a tough market at the time crissy tried to sell our house but things we tough and it was very hard to know where to price our house we thought it was worth more than the market barred, very frustrating but we are glad that’s done, crissy is very sweet.
