We recently used Rayman as our realtor for buying a home in the Sandpoint area. From start to finish, we had an excellent experience. Rayman is extremely knowledgeable about the area and was very helpful in pointing out things to think about that we had not considered. He returned calls and texts promptly every single time. He went above and beyond to help us, even walking us through an open house on a video call. We have used a lot of real estate agents and Rayman was by far the absolute best in terms of communication, knowledge, timeliness, and overall professionalism. Wonderful experience!! 10/10 stars!!
