Selling our family’s waterfront property in Northern Idaho was an emotional and unfamiliar process for us, and being based in San Diego, I wasn’t sure where to begin. After researching realtors in the area, we chose to work with Rayman Kinman, and I’m so grateful we did. Rayman was absolutely wonderful to work with. He took the time to explain every step of the process clearly, walked us through fees, and offered thoughtful guidance when we had questions. His experience and patience were invaluable, especially given the sentimental nature of the sale for our family. What stood out the most was Rayman’s kindness and professionalism. He never rushed us or pressured us to make decisions. He truly listened to what we wanted and respected our wishes from start to finish. He made sure everything was in place before we listed, and when we did, we had an accepted offer in just a few weeks. We listed in early July and closed by early September. If you’re looking for someone who knows the market, communicates clearly, and genuinely cares about helping you through the process, I can’t recommend Rayman highly enough.

Rayman was an absolute pleasure to work with. The man does his homework and he comes prepared with charts, formulas, graphs, and all sorts of predictions for price and market so you don’t have to guess and play games while selling. Rayman is always reassuring and willing to go more than the extra mile to help a property sell. I lived in the middle of the forest and Rayman not only drove out multiple times but also helped with lawn care as a means of beautifying the property by bringing his own large lawn mower which was amazing! (I didn’t own one at the time.) The property sold very quickly all thanks to Rayman and his hard work. Thanks Rayman!!!

Great working with Rayman! Highly recommend! Thank you for selling our home with us!
