I've worked with Dale since 2005. At that time I sent him to investigate various possible properties. Over and over again he said "nope, don't like the layout" or some similar phrase. About 20 investigative properties in I said "you know you don't get paid until we actually buy one, right?" He replied, "I want the right property for you so you'll be a client of mine for life" And that is what happened. Have now bought 4 properties with Dale's keen, expert advice. Patrick help walk us through the entire process from, preparing the home to put on the market by suggesting things that need to be address and things that probably didn't so that we would get the most return out of the property. Anne was the best person to help me find a home. She was patient and knowledgeable and kept me up to date on everything that was going on right when it was happening.
