Josh has been PHENOMENAL to work with as we sold our first home. Having not been through the home selling process before, he made it go so smooth; he was patient with us, responsive, and answered the many questions we had along the way. He knows his stuff, is professional, and he genuinely CARES about his clients and it was a breath of fresh air to work with him for that reason alone.
