I interviewed Brett while looking for the right real estate agent. He knows Meridian and Boise very well and I was impressed with the size of his team. I asked him about the market and he knew prices and the current conditions. He was helpful in my search.

Brett Hughes has assisted us in selling one home and buying another. He always takes the time to explain the process and answer any questions you might have. He is honest and reliable. He is the only realtor I use, and the only one I recommend to my family and friends.

Easy to work with and very knowledgable of current market. I moved out of state and made it easy to contact. He recommended a property management company to me while I rented my home for two years. When it came time to sell we had a full price offer within a couple days and made selling it so easy while living in another state.

Brett was our agent both in buying our home and then selling it a few years later. As first time home buyers (and then later sellers) he was great at helping us through the process and making sure we were comfortable with all the various steps.
