Brett Helped me in both the buying and selling process for my Caldwell home. He helped stage the house and was very insightful when it came to deciding what to upgrade when selling the house in order to get the most bang for my buck. Could not say more for how much easier he made what could have been a nightmare. When financing fell through for the buyer, I expected to re-list and try to find another buyer, which would have been unfortunate as the bid was higher than expected. Rather than re-list and secure a faster commission, Brett helped arrange a rental agreement (at no cost to me) until financing could be secured. The several months it took to secure financing was more than enough to make any real estate professional wish they had re-listed and taken the quick commission. If there is some sort of superhero version of a guy who wears a neck tie and says the word "comps" a lot, it's probably Brett.

We were so beyond lucky to have found Brett. He has been amazingly responsive and attentive to all of our requests and questions.
