We genuinely feel like we hit the jackpot with Josh. We were referred to him by our lender who said that he is very knowledgeable and great to work with and that even is an understatement. Josh has been PHENOMENAL to work with as we sold our first home. Having not been through the home selling process before, he made it go so smooth; he was patient with us, responsive, and answered the many questions we had along the way. He knows his stuff, is professional, and he genuinely CARES about his clients and it was a breath of fresh air to work with him for that reason alone. He worked hard to ensure that we got the best for the sale of our home and we sure did!
