I thoroughly recommend Mr. Weinmann. I’m from California, and was completely new to the Moscow area, where my daughter had begun attending college. Winter was upon us, and It was a limited market. It took me a couple visits (10 days in October, and 7 days in December) to narrow down the available properties to a short list of possibilities.
