I can’t recommend our agent highly enough. From our first conversation, she was focused on understanding exactly what we needed and worked tirelessly to find us the right home. Her advice was honest, well-informed, and always in our best interest. She steered us toward the right decisions and away from the wrong ones, and we never felt pressured. She also has an impressive network of contacts, from lenders and inspectors to contractors, and every introduction she made was valuable and made the process smoother. When something came up, she handled it quickly and kept us informed at every step. In all my years, I’ve never met a more motivated real estate agent. She went above and beyond at every turn, and we ended up in a home we love because of her effort. If you’re buying or selling, call her first. You won’t regret it.

Nathan Bedard is knowledgeable and professional. We have worked with Nathan to sell two houses and buy property. Each transaction was smooth and timely.

I thoroughly recommend Mr. Weinmann. I’m from California, and was completely new to the Moscow area, where my daughter had begun attending college. Winter was upon us, and It was a limited market. It took me a couple visits (10 days in October, and 7 days in December) to narrow down the available properties to a short list of possibilities. Jayce was very good at understanding my wants and needs, my likes and dislikes, and my hope to get good value : the best property for the best price. Once I had made my choice, he was very instrumental in guiding me through the process of offering and then countering. With every step, the deal got stronger and gained momentum, until we had settled on a price, at which point he was ready with lender referrals. His very well established working relationship with the lender made my transition from a shopper to a buyer an easy one. He was always available to answer questions, provide insight, and guide me at every turn. I recommend him very highly !

we have used bethany many times and everytime she also go above and beyond to make the deal happen.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Shelli Churchill to list and sell our property, and while the process was far from typical she handled everything with exceptional professionalism, patience, and skill. From the very beginning, Shelli was transparent, proactive, and remained committed and communicative, always keeping us informed and offering sound advice on how to proceed. We can't thank Shelli enough for her dedication and support during what could have been a very stressful experience. If you're looking for someone who will go the extra mile and remain a steady hand through even the most complicated real estate transaction, Shelli is the one to call.
