Jayce was very good at understanding my wants and needs, my likes and dislikes, and my hope to get good value : the best property for the best price. Once I had made my choice, he was very instrumental in guiding me through the process of offering and then countering. With every step, the deal got stronger and gained momentum, until we had settled on a price, at which point he was ready with lender referrals. His very well established working relationship with the lender made my transition from a shopper to a buyer an easy one. He was always available to answer questions, provide insight, and guide me at every turn. I recommend him very highly !

Laura was an absolute joy to work with. We were shopping in a competitive market with a smaller budget, but she was able to find an amazing home for us, that checked all our boxes. Her negation and seller communication proved to be a huge help in securing the property. She was also just as picky as us when it came to making sure our home got the proper seller repairs before we took ownership.
