Once I had made my choice, he was very instrumental in guiding me through the process of offering and then countering. With every step, the deal got stronger and gained momentum, until we had settled on a price, at which point he was ready with lender referrals. His very well established working relationship with the lender made my transition from a shopper to a buyer an easy one. Whenever we called Melody, we always knew she'd return our call ASAP. She made us feel like we were her only clients - never too busy to help. She took care of obtaining a water sample from our well and took it from Lenore to Moscow, saving us many miles on Hwy 12. Our home was listed very thoroughly and with attention to important details.
