I switched to Susan after my listing had been sitting with no real movement. Things changed pretty quickly once she took over. She knows the local market well and suggested a price that would actually get activity during a slow stretch. She also made sure I understood where my property stood compared to others in the area. She’s great at going through offers. She explains each part in plain language and makes sure you understand what you’re agreeing to. She pays attention to the details and doesn’t let anything slip. Her communication was steady the whole way through. She kept me updated, followed up with the other parties, and kept the process moving when it could have stalled. She also lined up backup buyers, which took a lot of stress out of the situation. Working with her was a completely different experience from what I had before. I’d recommend her without hesitation.

She is the most amazing agent I have ever encountered she was able to even tolerate my anxiety and did everything humanly possible to make sure it was the smoothest sale that I have ever had. Honestly she is hardworking caring and extremely efficient. She made this the smoothest purchase I've ever had. Any issues she handled immediately and kept in communication with me. Yes if you need a really good agent and I think in my opinion the best Sarah is your choice.

To say Rick Baker has been a blessing to our family is an understatement! We were referred to him through the Dave Ramsey Trusted Local Pros system. We reached out in hopes he could guide us through the decision of selling our home or not while buying a new one. He took us out to dinner and shared some of his wealth of knowledge on real estate investing & his idea of never selling. He immediately started helping us through the process of making something that seemed so far out of reach become reality for us, “holding our hands” through each step, answering countless questions, & assuring us that he is aggressively protecting our money with every piece of advice he gives. Two days after listing our home for rent, he found us great tenants who agreed to wait until we found a great deal to purchase our next home. Meanwhile, we looked at a handful of different builders, with Rick teaching us what things are important to look for in a home and how to view a home as being a long-term asset. He ultimately negotiated a great deal for us on a new Highland home. After 3 price drops had already happened, he got the price down even lower & negotiated that Highland cover our closing costs & got us a 30-yr fixed rate of 4.99%. It comes out to us paying about 91% of the asking price. We are so excited to close on our new beautiful home on January 16th & have our tenants move into our current home 5 days later. With everything we’ve learned from Rick, we wish we would’ve met him sooner & never sold our first home. Now that we understand how to shop for a home and know the best type of home to buy, we are looking forward to investing more and building generational wealth.
