We would call him and he picked up the phone. Other times we left messages, texted and emailed him and he promptly responded. Tom guided us through every step of the process of selling our property. He worked well with the buyers' agent, but kept our interest first. His professionalism and sense of duty was greatly appreciated during the closing.
