Susan Zachary

Susan pays special attention to her customers' communications. She is fast to respond and is always timely with messages. She knows the area which enables her clients the best chance of a successful and timely sale.

Very knowledgeable and experienced.

Gave great knowledge with the whole process of buying our first home. Also helped set us up with a great lender.

I switched to Susan after my listing had been sitting with no real movement. Things changed pretty quickly once she took over. She knows the local market well and suggested a price that would actually get activity during a slow stretch. She also made sure I understood where my property stood compared to others in the area. She’s great at going through offers. She explains each part in plain language and makes sure you understand what you’re agreeing to. She pays attention to the details and doesn’t let anything slip. Her communication was steady the whole way through. She kept me updated, followed up with the other parties, and kept the process moving when it could have stalled. She also lined up backup buyers, which took a lot of stress out of the situation. Working with her was a completely different experience from what I had before. I’d recommend her without hesitation.

I bought a 40 acre property a few years ago and divided it into 4 parcels, one of which had a house, horse barns and paddocks. I built a new house one of the other parcels, which Susan sold. She then sold 2 more parcels, then finally she sold the original home/land. Susan Zachary doesn’t just list properties, she gets them sold!

Susan was on top of the sale from beginning to end. Great communication, quick sale, easy to deal with. I highly recommend Susan.
