Melissa recently both led us in buying our new home in Mineola, TX and then selling our existing home in Sulphur Springs, TX. She was nothing short of excellent in her guiding us through the buying process (and selling process), which included us having her show us over a dozen homes. She provided excellent advice and suggestions that helped us make our decision. In the end, my wife and I finalized on what we consider "a perfect house" for us. Both in buying and selling, she worked with the buying/selling agents of the other homes as well as the lenders and title companies to ensure all documentation was completed and signed. Lots of busy work but Melissa handled every thing flawlessly. Melissa was the best and I highly recommend her.

We started our journey for purchasing a new home with land a little over a year ago. We were looking to relocate out of state and have land for a “family compound”, so our search for the perfect place took a while. Melissa was there every step of the way. Being as we lived out of state, we weren’t always available to look at places, but she always worked around our schedule to make sure we were able to check out places when we were in town. She’s super knowledgable which was a HUGE bonus as we were jumping into pretty uncharted territory for us. I really enjoyed working with her and am thankful for all her help along the way! We just closed on a house with 33acres in Campbell, Texas and are excited to start our new journey!
