Tom has evidently been doing his job for a long time and he takes pride in keeping abreast of land prices in the area. I think he is one of those people who like to do a good job for other people and then take care of all the unforeseen problems that pop up and have a cure for that problem. Even though I live three hours away, he made every allowance imaginable to meet me when I could get there. Then there were problems on this end and he was patient while I got everything here worked out.
