Incredibly responsive and conscientious. Never had to remind her to follow up on anything, Amazing realtor and very hard worker. Makes you feel like you are her only client. Kati was absolutely wonderful to work with. She guided us through the home-buying process in a constantly changing market and helped us navigate challenging sellers on two different homes we made offers on. She communicated with us day and night and was always honest about when it was time to walk away from a deal if the seller’s demands were unrealistic for the current market. Kati also went above and beyond, taking on tasks outside the scope of a typical agent’s role to help get us into our home. We truly cannot recommend her enough and will absolutely be going back to Kati when it’s time for our next home.

Before the closing date, there was delay and complication. Kati was able to find a loophole and pulled the rabbit out of her hat and found a solution. Kati is also the first agent that ever thanked me with a very generous gift card for a local eatery that no other agent has done when doing business with Kati. ‘Pay her to pay me’.
