Hands down the best realtor around my neck of the woods!! Kaedon went above and beyond throughout my home buying experience in order to assure a smooth and timely closing. There were a few hiccups by the title company (seller chose the title company, not us) but Keadon kicked it in overdrive and ironed out those issues with quickness. Kaedons knowledge and experience prevented a possible delay in closing and instead turned into us still closing right on time!! His communication/negotiating skills were second to none!
