In the review title I sat there and wrote something and deleted over and over because it didn’t say enough, and just came up with constant. Marissa showed us over 120 homes in over one year. We had a unique family dynamic so it was never easy. She was patient, she would put in offers and do everything to make ours stand out above others, but with the market and our situation, it was never accepted until may of this year. We closed a month ago. We could not have done any of this without Marissa. She was always there for us!!! I would recommend Marissa to everyone!! She is so kind and very motivated to get you a home!!!

This was our first time to have a virtual experience in purchasing a home. Austin was a true joy to work with. He more than met our expectations in viewing homes for us and being our eyes and ears since we were not able to be physically present for the purchase. He walked us through homes on FaceTime and was open with his concerns and observations. Given the current market we knew that it was in our best interest to act quickly on offers as they came into the market. Austin was always available to answer our questions and act in our best interest. We will be in the market in Florida again on a few years since this home was for our daughter, and we will definitely be looking for Austin to represent us again.
