I met Simone during an open house she was hosting. She was the last of 8 open houses I attended. That day was not only a search for potential properties, but a realtor as well. I am glad I didn't select anyone until the end of the day, as they say, save the best for last. Simone was super responsive, following up immediately after the showing, and coming back with answers or follow ups as promised. She made me feel like I was her only client. She shared info about the property, the area and the market in general. I never felt like I was being pressured or deceived. She kept me informed every step of the process.
