I met Simone during an open house she was hosting. She was the last of 8 open houses I attended. That day was not only a search for potential properties, but a realtor as well. I am glad I didn't select anyone until the end of the day, as they say, save the best for last. Simone was super responsive, following up immediately after the showing, and coming back with answers or follow ups as promised. She made me feel like I was her only client. She shared info about the property, the area and the market in general. I never felt like I was being pressured or deceived. She kept me informed every step of the process. I plan to stay in touch on a personal level and I will definitely recommend and use her again.

I have known and worked with Carolyn Gomez for 5+ years. She sold one condo and helped me purchase 2 other properties. I would continue to use her for any future listings and/or purchases. We developed a friendship over the years and she continued to support my requests for information even when it didn’t result in a sale. Carolyn is a great communicator. She Is detailed oriented and is one step ahead of providing information needed for all of the closing docs, mortgage brokers, home inspection agents, insurance agents, title company and sellers agent. Everything was handled perfectly and there was no problem with closing within less than 30 days from the contract date. She provided insurance information to assist w choosing the right property in a flood or non flood zone. Carolyn is a true professional! She goes above and beyond being available 24/7! No matter when I called or texted she responded in a timely manner. I was shown many properties over the past 7 months in Pinellas County! Her only concern was that I was going to be happy and find the right place to live with the right amenities and price. Ironically, I found a home in a location neither of us were aware of or had not considered - Apollo Beach! I highly recommend Carolyn for all real estate transactions- selling or buying!

They say that the best things in life come to you when you least expect it and when I decided to relocate to central Florida from the MW I was referred to Erin and I couldn't ask for a better agent. She looked out for me and educated me on florida living and was there every step of the way .she made one of the biggest decisions I made in life so wonderful and worryfree. If you are looking to buy or sell in the Tampa or Saint Petersburg area Erin is the only one you want. She was nothing but professional, punctual and personable. She takes pride in what she does and cares about her customers like rhey are family and you cannot put a price on that. I feel that I made out the most on my experience with her as I gained more than a wonderful fresh start, but a true friend and that os worth more than anything else. Erin thank you for everything you are second to none.

Carol, Matt and their team helped us determine the home and lifestyle we desired. They worked with us through every step and communicated well each topic required to both purchase a new home and sell our old home. They explained the intricacies of all steps and transactional initiatives. Our overall experience was extremely professional, comprehensive and pleasant.

Very responsive, knowledgeable and clear communication. I would use her over and over again.

Manase is knowledgeable and professional in real estate. She will stick with you to the end. She is highly organized and does everything possible to sell your property. I could not have done it without her. I tried another real estate agent before with no success. Thank you so much, and you will never be forgotten.
