From our initial call to Michael to learn more about the property we saw online, Michael was engaging,knowledgeable,and very candid about the needs of the house.We had a sincere interest in the home, but the raging pandemic,and my Fiance’ living/working in a different state than I,made it impossible to coordinate/plan travel to Florida prior to the sale of the property. Sure, there were the usual bumps,miscues,and miscommunications that most folks experience when progressing thru inspections,surveys,mortgage bureaucracy,etc., but Michael was ever present with follow-up, status updates,and being present at the closing.
