Shane is the best! He is very good at not trying to sugarcoat things, and is very honest when you ask him a question. He is extremely good to communicate with, and is always very clear and upfront about the home search being for you! He puts your needs/wants first, above all else. One of my favorite things about going to house showings with Shane was that he didn't try to sell us the house. He would intentionally leave us alone, and go look at the rest of the house separate from us, and we would meet up at the end to discuss things that we liked and did not like. He was very good at being an objective set of eyes. When it came time to do all the paperwork and contract part of buying the house, he is an expert at all of the steps that are needed. As first time homebuyers, he made sure that we didn't miss anything, and we felt like we were in extremely capable hands.
