We love working with Ryan. We have used Ryan to purchase 4 investment properties over the years. Ryan is our go to because of his responsiveness, professionalism, understanding of the market, and experience with negotiation. Ryan is always able to answer any new questions we have because of his knowledge and dedication. In addition, Ryan has investment properties of his own so he has an abundance of knowledge and resources to share. We highly recommend Ryan as the right agent for anyone, especially investors.

I have bought and sold a number of homes over the years and never have I felt so looked after. Nevin’s team including Elizabeth and Claire make the process as stress free as possible by being genuinely interested in what your needs and interests are and then taking care of all the necessary details. They even took care of details that I felt I should have had to do. They check in with you regularly so you are always up to date on where you are in the process. They are available, responsive and professional. I felt like not only did I have a team looking out for me but that I had made friends by the end. I would recommend Nevin without hesitation to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Minneapolis area.
