EXTREMELY GOOD AGENT! I'm on the mainland and the trustee for my brother's estate sale. Cathy went way beyond the norm in keeping me informed during the selling process. She filmed&took pictures of the house, and was in constant contact with phone calls and emails. She scheduled and managed the inspection/ apprasial/ locksmith/junk removal/cleanup crew/handyman/mail delivery/neighbors/escrow.
