Julie will work with the seller to review your property, discuss marketing ideas, work with any challenging family dynamics for consensus, negotiate firmly with the seller and agent's buyer, and assist the seller of all the details required for the closing. She was present in every step of the process. House was sold within 60 days. She started by visualizing how the property will be staged. Once done, her team produced a video to showcase the property. It was so tastefully done that an offer was made at the first open house. Because I live on the mainland, I wasn't able to handle all the tasks needed to follow through on the requested legal documents. I was so impressed on how Julie took my sister to the City of Honolulu to acquire her divorce decree and the quick research it took to acquire the +20-year-old invoice to prove that the roof was replaced in the 90's. She even took the initiative to transport my sister to the closing due to her limited mobility. Julie is definitely the agent you will want to work with if you value the service she provided for our family.

Kevin was recommended to us by multiple friends, and we could not be more thrilled with the recommendation. He worked tirelessly to help our family find the perfect house for our needs. He had a way of making us feel as if we were his only clients… We could not have asked for a more responsive realtor. It was more than refreshing to be able to work with a realtor who operates with the upmost integrity! Being from Oahu himself, he was able to guide us and give us much appreciated insight to this beautiful island. We’d give him 10+ stars if we could.
