We have worked with many agents and Dawn Walther set the bar so high, I am not sure anyone can top her. She is a firecracker! She gets to work immediately as a coach in staging our home. Her listings are extraordinary and reflect time and dedication to marketing the home in the best way possible. She constantly stays in touch with updates, showings, questions from potential buyers, and with anything else that comes up. Finally, we listed two homes with Dawn and both of them were under contract less than a month after listing. She doesn't fool around! She has my highest recommendation to anyone looking for an agent who truly works hard for her clients.
