Tiffany provided candid helpful feedback to prepare our house to sell. When we needed more time to prepare the basement, Tiffany suggested taking pictures above ground and utilizing “coming soon”. This advice was spot on as potential buyers could see the pictures, consider and plan before actual viewing. The pictures were awesome and we had much positive feedback on. Tiffany negotiating skills were excellent with the many offers over ask. Tiffany’s flexible communication style and utilizing various forms for different scenarios helped Joyce and I through the process. Tiffany was a great partner in selling our home.

Two things that really stood out to us were Allyson's responsiveness and her knowledge. She was always incredibly quick to get back to us and somehow always made time to show us a house, even when it was last minute. We never felt like we were bothering her or that she was too busy for us, which made the whole process so much less stressful. Allyson's knowledge of the housing market was also incredibly helpful, but what impressed us even more was how knowledgeable she was about houses in general. While walking through homes, she would point out things we never would have noticed or thought to ask about and helped us understand what was important versus what wasn’t a big deal. We always felt like she was looking out for us and wanted us to find the right house, not just make a sale.
